Welcome to our service Makeup and hair styling at home in the Riviera Maya. Before making your reservation, we invite you to carefully read our terms and conditions. By contracting our services, you agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. Reservations
• All services require prior reservation and are subject to availability.
• It is recommended to make a reservation with minimum 48 hours in advance to ensure equipment availability.
• For large events or groups, it is suggested to book with several weeks in advance.
• The reservation is considered confirmed once the advance deposit corresponding.
2. Payments and Deposits
• To guarantee your appointment, a 50% advance of the total service.
• The remaining balance is due on day of service, before starting makeup and/or hair styling.
• We accept payments in cash, bank transfer or digital platforms previously agreed upon.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• In case of cancellation with at least 72 hours in advance, the advance payment may be used to reschedule the service on another date (subject to availability).
• Cancellations are not refundable, however if something unforeseen happens on the part of the client and requires canceling the service, the balance paid can be refunded by rescheduling on a different date or for a different client, as long as we are notified at least 72 hours in advance.
• If the client does not show up at the agreed time and place, the service will be considered as unrealized and there will be no refund of the advance payment.
4. Modifications to the Reservation
• Any change of date, time or service must be requested in advance. minimum 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• If you wish to add additional services on the same day, it will depend on the availability of the team.
5. Home Service Conditions
• We move to hotels, villas and homes within the Riviera Maya.
• Any service outside the main area could generate a extra cost for transfer, which will be informed before confirming the reservation.
• A is required adequate space, with good lighting and a surface to place work materials.
6. Customer Responsibility and Health
• We work with products from high quality and hygiene, but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or scalp, please inform us in advance.
• We do not perform services on people with open wounds, skin infections or health problems that may affect the procedure.
7. Punctuality
• The team will arrive at the agreed time. If the client is delayed more than 15 minutes, service time may be affected or even cancelled without refund.
• If the team is delayed due to external causes (traffic, weather, etc.), advance notice will be given and compensation will be provided for the necessary time.
8. Use of Images
• With the client's consent, we may take photographs or videos of the work done for use on our social media and portfolio.
• If you prefer that images of your service not be shared, please let us know at the time of booking.
9. Force Majeure
• In case of unforeseen situations such as natural disasters, lockdowns, health emergencies or any event beyond our control, the service may be rescheduled without penalty.
